Hunter is our 2024-2025 articling student, having returned to the Ingenuity LLP after working with the firm as a summer student in 2023. We are pleased to announce that he will be joining the firm as an associate upon the completion of his articles.
Hunter received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Wilfrid Laurier University. During law school, Hunter was among a small cohort of students selected to participate in the schools advanced business law seminar, where he was instructed by major Bay Street law firms in the areas of private M&A, securities regulation and debt and equity financings. Hunter also competed in the prestigious Arnup Cup Trial Advocacy Competition.
Between his undergraduate studies and law school, Hunter worked a Parliamentary Assistant, where he assisted Federal Members of Parliament in speech writing, policy development and federal committee work.
Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
